Immersive soundscapes set the mood before each dish arrives.

INTRODUCING CHEF KAROLIINA JAAKKOLA
Karoliina is a Finnish-born chef who has achieved global recognition for her work in highly acclaimed fine-dining kitchens.
Chef Karoliina Jaakkola creates fine dining experiences where nature is both inspiration and foundation. Guided by a deep respect for the seasons and the land, she transforms carefully sourced, sustainable ingredients into dishes that celebrate purity, balance, and bold creativity. Known for her artistic presentation and meticulous attention to detail, Karoliina creates immersive dining experiences where each plate tells a story of place, responsibility, and creativity.
Rooted in her Finnish heritage, Karoliina draws inspiration from the forests, lakes, and clean flavours of the North - wild herbs, berries, pristine fish, and earthy grains. She honours these traditions while elevating them with refined techniques and a contemporary, global perspective. By blending Nordic authenticity with international influences, she creates cuisine that feels both deeply personal and excitingly cosmopolitan. She is a former Head Chef at Restaurant SOO, where she led a kitchen recognised with a Michelin Green Star for its deep commitment to sustainability and seasonality.
10 Course Tasting Menu | 2.5 hour Experience
Superyacht Foodie Experience will bring all the tools and ingredients needed and will liaise with the yacht regarding tableware.
They will coordinate and provide the entire experience from start to finish, from menu design, full service through to the clean-up, meaning your chef can have a well-deserved night off.
