The series follows my journey, taking viewers into the world of elite yachting gastronomy, rare ingredient sourcing and sustainable luxury, offering privileged access to an industry defined by precision, discretion and uncompromising standards.

Throughout my career as a superyacht chef and founder of Superyacht Foodie, I have built relationships with exceptional producers and witnessed first-hand the extraordinary standards demanded within the yacht industry.

I aim to highlight both the ingredients and the people behind them, while offering viewers an intimate insight into the distinctive world of superyachts and elite gastronomy.

Every ingredient has a story, and each story deserves to be told with authenticity and respect.

Each setting provides a striking backdrop to a series that blends adventure, culture and culinary excellence at the highest level.

FROM FARM TO FORK

Each episode follows a distinctive format. The journey begins with a sourcing assignment from a yacht chef in search of a unique and exceptional ingredient.

I then travel alongside a Michelin-trained native top chef to the ingredient’s homeland, tracing its authentic farm-to-fork story.

From dog sledging through snowy Lapland in search of reindeer to sailing along coastal villages to discover artisanal sea treasures, we explore the heritage, craftsmanship and dedication behind truly outstanding produce.

CULINARY MASTERY

The journey culminates aboard a luxury superyacht, where world-class chefs transform these rare ingredients into refined culinary creations.
